I’m a very sporty girl and love playing hockey, rugby, netball and, of course, cricket. I’m also a dancer, so I keep myself busy and stay very fit year-round. I first got into cricket a couple of years ago through my brother, and during COVID we spent a lot of time outside together playing sport. That’s when my love for cricket really started and it has grown ever since.
Cricket Background
I have represented Yorkshire for the past two seasons and, at just 13 years old, have recently been selected for both the EPP and CAG U16 squads. Over the winter, I trained extensively at Headingley, including sessions alongside the Academy girls, continuing to develop my skills and experience at a high level.
How I Heard About Maiden
I heard about Maiden Cricket through my women and girls team.
Why Maiden?
I want to represent Maiden Cricket because I love that they put women and girls at the forefront of the game. It’s amazing to see a brand creating cricket equipment designed by girls, for girls, helping female players feel more confident and supported in cricket. Being part of a brand that is helping grow the women’s game and inspire young girls would mean a lot to me.
